I had a great experience here. My phone had been acting up and I needed a new one. I actually first went to the crescent plaza location and was told it would be an hour wait. So I looked up other locations and was surprised that there was one in the mall. The reviews were mixed but I was in a hurry so I decided to chance it and I'm so glad I did. Shalvina was great. I abhor people who don’t do things the right way and shalvina who answered my call is one of them. I had called the store to connect to a specific person, which he had informed me, that he would be present at the store. I asked to speak to Abe. I then overhear shalvina, the person who answered the call ask aloud to I’m assuming Abe, if he had called customer service.
