Weird experience here. Walked in and the girl slouching behind the desk. I told her I wanted a new phone, that I would not be trading in my old one. I told her I wanted the iPhone 17pro with 512 storage. I had a very uncomfortable experience at the T-Mobile store in Sunvalley Mall. I came in to have my screen protector replaced, and the employee helping me gave me a hard time about it even though it should have been a simple process.
