This is a great T-Mobile store! I changed from Metro PCS to T-Mobile today. A HUGE shout out to sales rep Marvin who helped me with my new phone. We ran into some issues on my side due to my credit lock/freeze. When I logged in it stated it was unfrozen. Marvin called corporate or someone to have them verify some information and security questions. I answered them and then we were finally on our way. Weird experience here. Walked in and the girl slouching behind the desk. I told her I wanted a new phone, that I would not be trading in my old one. I told her I wanted the iPhone 17pro with 512 storage.
