Hi Everyone just to show appreciation to Julia Lopez of Sunvalley Mall T mobile shop. She was excellent in helping and assisting us and very knowledgeable of what she is doing. This is our second time coming, the first one is not good until Julia took care of everything! 10 stars for her!

I’ve had a terrible experience with T-Mobile due to deceptive sales practices in one of your stores. I was a loyal Metro customer paying $65/month when I was convinced by a salesperson to switch to T-Mobile. I was promised my bill would only increase to $73/month, and the store manager even placed three tracking devices in my bag, calling them a “gift.” However, my first bill was $108, and subsequent bills were $93—far more than promised. Brandon switched me to an unlimited data plan WITHOUT talk and text. So my phone was no longer useful as a phone, and I was unable to make phone calls or texts for over 24 hours, which was inconvenient. Luis instructed him to give me the unlimited plan WITH talk and text, but I guess there was a miscommunication there. Just go here. Helpful staff, not busy, and they are fully staffed. Save yourself some time and try here first. Luis, Brandon, and Amber were very helpful.
