Bought a phone full price in cash. Went back to return it 2 days later because the service was bad. Long story short, they couldn't issue me a refund because they're system was acting up. Instead they offered to mail me a check that they said "Should be issued and I Should get it within 30-60 days. I was in that store for over 3 hours for something that should've taken less than an hour at most.

This store is closed permanently. I enjoyed working with every single one of our customers. Keep moving forward with your lives and know you, the customers, made me love what I did. You were the reasons I came to work every day. <3

Some of the worst customer service. They don’t turn their phone on, so you can never reach them and they screw everything up. You’ll have to go back several times to get things fixed and they still don’t fix them. This store could be run better by a 3rd grader.

Not helpful at all. The flashlight is not working and he offered no solution. I've only had the phone since last Summer so I don't know why he didn't want to replace it.
