If I could give Zero I would. Went in to get a replacement WiFi box. Was told they don’t do so as they are a 3rd party store and to do it online or drive to Modesto to another location. I then sat in the parking lot contacted support to then be told this location I provided the address of does do in store replacement. Customer service proceeds to contact the store for us and then they say that they have no replacements in the store all of the sudden. Why have a T-mobile store in Patterson when the best coverage is about 2-3 bars if you're lucky? I live on the west side and have zero bars in my house. Cell boosters don't even work. Don't use T-Mobile if you live here. Go with another provider.
I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, went in and asked Elejandra for for help and she immediately figured out a solution, as we were on the phone with customer service it was her idea that fixed the issue. Thank you again Elejandra for the over the top help
T-mobile store manager told me there was an impossible error that happened to my account. which ultimately was on them (Patterson location), and instead of making it right. Blamed me then changed my plan to the most expensive one they have without asking me.
