I have been to the location multiple times. I have never had good experience here. From the lack of acknowledging you've come into the store. To the rudeness of the employees that work there. This location is a authorized T mobile location. It is not a official T mobile store. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Tmoblie store.

Long term Tmobile user. Went to this store and purchased a phone, got home while charging it got so hot I called them the same day. They said I cant use the phone while charging it. So The next day when using it without being on a charger, it became so hot it burned my ear. I took it back and they refused to exchange it. Tried to accuse me of scratching it. The scratch has nothing to do with the battery overheating I'm sure. I also think he scratched it so he didn't have to replace it. Since the phone is unusable they stole ... read more
