Do not go to this store even if it's the closest to you, drive to Modesto. The employee we dealt with was extremely rude. The manager Pat was just as bad. We had a rep from T-Mobile corporate on the phone telling the employee and manager that they were wrong in how they handled our situation. If I could give them zero stars I would. Just saying....if you want to deal with a smart ass with an attitude, that's what you will get at this location.

This store has been absolutely amazing every time I’ve come in. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The Manager has been outstanding every interaction. I actually will drive the extra distance to come specifically to this store.

I have gone into the Riverbank, CA T-Mobile store 3 times to try and return a trade in phone for credit on my T-Mobile account. 3 times I was told by employees and a store manager that they don’t accept the old phones there for liability reasons. I was told this even though I showed them a text message FROM T-MOBILE that said u could turn it in to a T-MOBILE STORE!!!! they refused to take the trade in. If only I could give less than one star. Me and my daughter were in this store to pre-order the latest and greatest iphone. The sales person promised a screen protector upon receipt of new phone. We had to wait for said phone. Employee got fired. Unbeknownst to us. He promised a free screen protector. I'm not so mad that I can't get a new screen protector but the manager lied to my face. This place is a joke, i came in to get new line of service and after spending an hour here these guys scammed me and sold me a bunch of junk that i never asked for and my bill turned out to be over $200 a month, i went back and complained about it the very next day and i was told a bunch of garbage and i had to pay restocking fees to return this t-mobile junk, i went over to verizon wasn't forced to buy a bunch of non sense.
