Long term Tmobile user. Went to this store and purchased a phone, got home while charging it got so hot I called them the same day. They said I cant use the phone while charging it. So The next day when using it without being on a charger, it became so hot it burned my ear. I took it back and they refused to exchange it. Tried to accuse me of scratching it. If you have any warranty issue with your phone they will not help you here. I spent over an 1 hour on phone with T mobile to solve an warranty issue with my phone, they sent my replacement to this location. When I went in to take care of the exchange manager refused to cover/help me....telling me its not a warranty problem. There is absolute no damage to my Samsung 6 flip phone, the main screen just stopped working for no reason and its only 8 months old. Do not go to this store even if it's the closest to you, drive to Modesto. The employee we dealt with was extremely rude. The manager Pat was just as bad. We had a rep from T-Mobile corporate on the phone telling the employee and manager that they were wrong in how they handled our situation. If I could give them zero stars I would. Just saying....if you want to deal with a smart ass with an attitude, that's what you will get at this location.
This store has been absolutely amazing every time I’ve come in. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The Manager has been outstanding every interaction. I actually will drive the extra distance to come specifically to this store.
