Do not go to that store. I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had while transferring from AT&T to T-Mobile. One of the main reasons I switched was the offer to cover the cost of my two devices as part of the trade-in program. I entrusted the store staff with my devices as part of the process. This was the best customer service I’ve ever received at a T-Mobile store. Shout out to Ricky.
Very poor customer service. This is not a main retailer so they can only help with limited things, but they don’t tell you that up front.
Staff is beyond helpful, they helped me with my phone transfer and answered all my questions. Love their energy.
The man who waited on me was very knowledgeable and helpful with adding a new phone to my account.
