Short version: Highly recommend coming here than any other T-Mobile store. Victor is awesome with deals, Grant is super fast and on top of it, and Dora is the go-to for tips and tricks! My husband and I went in there to get him a new phone since he was due for an upgrade. Do not go to that store. I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had while transferring from AT&T to T-Mobile. One of the main reasons I switched was the offer to cover the cost of my two devices as part of the trade-in program. I entrusted the store staff with my devices as part of the process.
