The customer service lacked heavily when I tried transferring my number from another company to T-mobile (most of the staff are kids). I had to fix the issue myself by calling an actual T-Mobile call center (even the number they gave me was the wrong one). Remember, this an authorized retailer NOT a T-mobile corporate store. Props to the girl that was actually helpful in the first half of the process. And to the guy with mustache and long hair, stop being so rude and condescending.

Very rude, with no sense of accountability deflecting every issue with my account. Today 2pm I spoke with the manager in training who was very sweet and the Regonal Manager who was training the new manager. To paint the picture the Regonal wears a big gold Ankh chain with noticeable tattoos with a large nose ring. (I wouldn't hire him to mow my lawn to be honest.) Be very cautious when dealing with this T-Mobile store. The store manager, Jordyn, was very friendly and eager to offer promotions and deals, assuring us that our bill would stay low. After spending over three hours in the store, we left with a new account set up. When our first bill arrived, it was much higher than what we agreed on. We were told this was “normal” because of promotions taking time to apply.
