Called and talked to the manager about a certain iPhone color. She told me she’d have to check the safe, waited, told me she’d said the specific iPhone color. SAID THE COLOR OVER THE PHONE. Then when I showed up to ask and talk about it 15 minutes later, she said she only had the black. And, said “I set the expectation before setting the safe that we only had black.” Which was a lie, but whatever. Not going to work with a lying manager.
I definitely give Jordyn a 5 Star rating because of her professionalism and her all around confident and knowledgeable demeanor. I am big on customer service because I am in the service industry so I sometimes pay too much attention to that facet of a visit to any business that I choose to patronize.
