Came in needing a new phone simple because storage was full on my 15plus. Greeted upon entry immediately. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and patient in helping me choose the best option for my upgrade. Both her and Cesar were super friendly and I enjoyed our conversation while we waited on my phone to transfer over. Highly recommend T-Mobile on teasley, the best customer experience!
Andy was the best customer service representative I have dealt with. I asked lots of questions and he had lots of answers. He deserves a raise.
This store is not crowded
Always a positive place to go and find solutions to my phone/ watch needs and challenges.
The customer service lacked heavily when I tried transferring my number from another company to T-mobile (most of the staff are kids). I had to fix the issue myself by calling an actual T-Mobile call center (even the number they gave me was the wrong one). Remember, this an authorized retailer NOT a T-mobile corporate store. Props to the girl that was actually helpful in the first half of the process. And to the guy with mustache and long hair, stop being so rude and condescending.
