Issue with insurance claim on my app and was directed to go into a store. I was told by the in-store clerk/personnel to commit a fraudulent claim in order to get my phone repaired. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was denied since that manager was just promoted to regional manager and was to busy to help. I was then told that the only way I could receive any help was to call the 611 number to speak with an operator.
The best location in Denton when it comes to customer service! The store manager and Jacob assisted me with an issue I had been trying to resolve for weeks. Jacob is young but very polite & knowledgeable, & Spenser was also friendly and polite as well. Great staff at that store.
They're always very friendly and helpful
Andy was awesome, went to get new phones with my daughter and he was very patient, helpful and professional.
