We went in to get some help on upgrading one phone and got a great deal for 2 phones. Jessica was the associate that help us and she was great! She broke down all our options with prices to make sure we knew what we were getting. She was patient and thorough with our upgrades. She offered us everything we need to keep our phones protected and was NOT pushy at all. We will definitely be coming back to Jessica for any and all of our phone needs.

Of all the T-Mobile stores I've ever been to this one is hands done the best! The wait can be long some time but they are always super professional and helpful
