This store needs to get their stuff together and hire competent staff ASAP. First time I went in to trade in my phone with my JUMP program, I was told that I could not and if I wanted a new phone would have to put a $400 down payment. I left and called T-Mobile corporate and was told no that is wrong, and they put in notes for the employee to look at to fix the problem.
