Janet and Luis were great! They helped me lower my bill and I also got a home internet. Janet helped me get through a tough time with my phone and bill. She resolved my issues kindly and patiently while also advocating for me with customer service. She walked me through the home internet and Luis assisted with setting it up. They are amazing here!
Janet and staff are wonderful! Really enjoyed our visit - it's positively and by far different from most locations we been at. We will be returning here for all our T-Mobile needs! She saved us money and got us new phones and watches with the home internet. Love it here!
