The person on the floor was in training and did not know how to solve our problems with our T-Mobile service. He kept asking the manager, but coming back with confusing answers requiring more trips back to the manager (who was sitting in her office). Finally, another customer came in and the manager actually left her office to help. So we went to her. She was snarky, uncaring, and unhelpful.
