I went in for help about my broken phone, and the lady working told me to call to file a claim....how do I call when I just said my phone is broken? Then she told me to ask use my mom or dad's phone to file the claim, talking down to me like I'm a little girl on a trip with mommy and daddy and not an adult here with my husband and children. Janet was patient with her team and customers. She was training the team and being asked questions by reps and customers and she handled it gracefully. We enjoyed the environment, it was clean and friendly. The reps were polite and quick to help.
Luis was very helpful and helped me out getting a new phone. Janet and daniel were very nice and kind to me, great customer service.
