Awful customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual T-mobile store, not this authorized dealer.
My husband and I went in today to switch from Verizon and had the best experience. Ray and Cedric were wonderful. They were quick, answered all our questions, and personable. We’ve never had an experience like this when dealing with phones. Highly recommend this store and their staff.
Brought in my Samsung device due to battery overheating internally causing black spot on screen that slowly has been growing (the definition of internal Software / battery issue that IS covered by both manufacturer & TMobile) - just to be turned around around from the reseller store manager who decided over the phone (not even present at the store) that the screen is damaged and they wont take it until that is replaced (thats not how the problem works).
