I’ve been here multiple times and Dakota has been the most helpful persons there (wish they were all like this). He was patient and not pushy at all which I really appreciate. Took time to set up the WiFi and show me how to work it.

I went in the other day to learn about my upgrade and get a screen protector I was help by Devin he was awsome not only did he give me the info i came in for he also put on the screen protector I had at home he went above and beyond to help me

We want to thank Devin for his help, we had a complicated issue with our phone lines and registration of phone, Devin was so helpful. It took him three hours to resolve the issue, all that time he was very patient, polite and very professional. I am so happy we met him in the office, otherwise i am not sure if someone could do what we needed. Devin is awesome! Thanks a lot!

Yesterday I was sold a iPhone charger as new with the box seal removed and the lady said she could not give me a receipt. I asked if T-Mobile will email me the receipt and she said yes. They never looked up my account, asked for my email or phone number. She took 5 minutes to complete the purchase and went in the back for minute in the middle of purchasing. Now who knows if this charger is fake, used or real. Days later issue was addressed with store manager and problems solved.
