Had issue with billing. Set up new account last week and moved 4 lines from a competing carrier. Received bill this past weekend and discovered issues: I was charged $60 more in line charges than what was agreed. Was not given any credit for phone exchange offer. RecommendedI've been a T-Mobile customer for over 12 years so I've had some dealings with their customer service reps through the years. I have never rec'd such great service as I did today! Jared at T-Mobile, Uxbridge, MA was just awesome! I needed several things done and he went above and beyond to take care of each request.
