Horrible location. The store manager, Samuel, completely misrepresented the cost of changing our plan. He sold us a higher plan and under quoted the price by almost $200/month. When we went back in with the bill he said there was a “miscommunication” and that the other four adults in the conversation (including one of his coworkers) had misunderstood what he had clearly stated and clarified multiple times. Went in to get a new phone and the lady told us to save money, drop a watch line and get a new line for the phone. Now we’ve been paying for an additional line for over 6 months. The customer service is abysmal and the staff is unknowable. I would not recommend this store, save yourself some time and go to Spanish Fork or Provo.
Store claims you get a del you go thru with it trade the old phone and then they give 35$ off not the 300$ off they said I'd get. Store sneaks extra on your account and hopes you won't notice
