Went in to get a new phone and the lady told us to save money, drop a watch line and get a new line for the phone. Now we’ve been paying for an additional line for over 6 months. The customer service is abysmal and the staff is unknowable. I would not recommend this store, save yourself some time and go to Spanish Fork or Provo.
Store claims you get a del you go thru with it trade the old phone and then they give 35$ off not the 300$ off they said I'd get. Store sneaks extra on your account and hopes you won't notice

Contacting by phone is horrible, no one answers the phone. Your voice box is full as well.
I have been over charged for 3+ years and just found out. Save yourself time and money and go to the Spanish Fork corporate office.
