They didn’t even help me. I was there for two hours.
Walked in and the employees were less than enthusiastic about doing anything to help us or solve any problems. Because of the service they gave us, we will be switching to Verizon. Thanks T-Mobile for hiring such wonderful employees
The very worst customer service experience. I been a customer for 18 years and never been treated so Unprofessional. Then I called the manager to report it and they hung up on me.
Dont even bother coming into this location if you need help with something. The people working there don't know what they're doing. I've come in multiple times now asking for help and all times they have told me I have to do it online. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING ONLINE THATS WHY I CAME TO YOU! They didn't know about a service T-Mobile provides and told me,"oh yeah you we dont do that." But then after going into the back and looking it up then told me again you have to do it online Ugh!
