Where do I begin.... Went to this store to switch from sprint. We talked about the plans and phone and pricing. They ran my information and stated it would be $0 down and I would end up having to pay taxes on the phone, roughly $50. I agreed and said to go ahead with the deal. They got my information from sprint, called them to port my number over, filled out all the other information they needed and started ringing my phone up. Sat outside with 6 other customers on a Sunday when store and online said 11:00am open. Left after Noon with door still locked and no employees in sight.
They are so awesome.
Went to this location on 8/21 around 1:45 to get a new phone. Been w/ tmobile for years. Picked out the phone and case, was ready to pay, and another customer walked in. Employee left me standing at the register and started showing the older customer the Iphones and Samsung Edge phones, and completely abandoned me. Waited 5 10 minutes until I picked up my old phone and walked out. TERRIBLE customer service. I loved T mobile but will be switching carriers due to this
