I didn’t realize what an authorized retailer meant which was dumb on my part. I was having issues with my SIM card, I came here because it was right around the corner from my house. They did help me get connected back to t-mobile after I couldn’t figure it out from a reset, but it was basically just taking the SIM card out and popping it back in. Marshall is the best! He was very patient and kind with us today that it was very impressive. He should be the model of the best customer service professional.
Left Verizon for here told me they could pay off my old iphones and get new iPhone 16 up to four on them but once they rang everything I had to pay a difference because they only cover up to 2,000 that was fine after they ported my numbers over they informed me that they would not be paying my old phones off. Liars and crooks anything for that commission
