This location has the worst customer service! I have been trying to get help for almost a week now! They turn customers away and say come back in an hour. The employees can’t answer any questions. They are rude and do not care about their customers. Dave even mentioned he’s just a worker not an owner so he don’t know.. I will never go to this store ever again! I will spend my money elsewhere. I have been a customer for 10 years and will never go back.
Gaige and the other employees were amazing! Transferred my phone service from another provider and got an upgrade. Highly recommend this location for all phone services. 10/10
We had such a great experience working with Phu while switching over from AT&T. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure everything transferred over smoothly. Switching carriers can be a headache, but Phu made it simple and stress free. He walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, and genuinely seemed to care that we left happy. T-Mobile has consistently provided subpar service and has been charging customers excessively without proper disclosure. Additionally, many of their advertised benefits are either inaccurate or misleading. When attempting to contact customer service, communication difficulties arise due to the presence of representatives from other countries.
