Si pudiera agregar 0 estrellas lo haría , ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE PÉSIMO, necesitan urgente capacitar a sus empleados, que puedan dar respuestas concretas, que sepan lo que están vendiendo y puedan sobre todo dar las informaciones correctas, fui cuatros veces seguidas a este local, perdí mas de 6 horas, para que no dieran una solución. Supuestamente me estaban dando una “PROMOCIÓN” la cual decían que era 140$ mensuales pero cada mes el recibo llega el doble. Dicen incluir algunos beneficios que no funcionan. Horrible experience. I recommend avoiding this location at all costs. We spent about 6 hours in store and about 4 hours on the phone with customer service because they messed up our account so bad. We are still paying $100 over what the advertised price was because of the mistakes of this store. The incompetence of t-mobile service team is honestly embarrassing.

I went to this t mobile cuz the store on 12th street lied alot and screwed us over the men who helped us were amazing Gabriel phu and Chris they went out of their way to get me a phone and helped us get a very good deal

One of our phones was repeatedly getting a no Sim card detected message. Took it to this T-Mobile location where they switched the phone over to an e-sim. They were very helpful and there was no charge.
