We have visited this location on several occasions. Every time has been fantastic. They are very patient, willing to help out the best they can with what they can in store. Their team helped over the past couple of days with account things and phone upgrades. Biggest waste of time ever!! Called them and they said their machine was closed down for the screen protectors. I then called an hour later to check up on it and they said it was working. Came in the store and waited 15-20 minutes in line for them to tell me that it wasn’t working.. mind you there was plenty of the screen protectors I needed that were STOCKED! No help, no nothing. Be professional, stop lying to your customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This T-Mobile store is hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The employees don’t help with anything and when they do talk to you, it’s blatantly dishonest. They will look you straight in the eye and lie about items, policies, promotions, and availability. Then when you catch the inconsistency, suddenly no one knows anything or “that’s not what they said.” There is zero accountability, zero ownership, and zero effort to actually resolve issues. Connie at North Ogden T-mobile is da bomb. She was able to multitask and help us with adding new lines, transferring data from old phones to new phones. She is knowledgeable and very professional. She kept my family laughing and was enjoyable to visit with.
