I Was In And Out In 20min Which Is The Reason I'm A Beyond Satisfied Loyal Customer Of This World Class Organization As T-Mobile Associates Comprehension Knowledge And Courteous Customer Care Is Second To None.
Said they couldn’t help upgrade a phone when it was paid off, because if they upgraded in store they would lose half of their commission. Did not offer any assistance and said sorry it sucks.
I don't usually go to Syracuse T-mobile because I have had bad experience with there customer service. Today I was very close to the store in Syracuse. I stopped in for help and a man from the Roy store was there .His name is Eddie I had a great experience. Being an older person, He was kind and patient with me. Thank you Eddie!!
