I had an amazing experience at this store! On Tuesday my wife and I went to do a trade in and switch providers we got help by Mack & Eddie, they were total professionals and very friendly! They knew exactly how to help us and what we needed. Mack was a HUGE help when it came to switching our numbers over! Employee stole traded in phone. District manager would not return calls. Took 11 months to finally get trade in credit. Avoid at ALL costs!! Dishonest! Horrible customer service.

So glad I ran into Colby at the T-Mobile store in Syracuse. I walked out of the store with two additional phone lines, two brand-new phones, and still managed to save $30 a month compared to what I was paying before. When I got my first bill, there was an unexpected $80 charge. I gave Colby a call and left a message.
