After having my phone trade in approved, I took my trade in phone to Christian, the manager. He said he didn’t have his keys and would put the phone in tomorrow and call me when it had been done. He did not. The next day I call a few times trying to get him with no luck. Then I go in myself to find Christian being very unprofessional, disrespectful and unwilling take my phone after they had already been approved for the trade in.

The manager was not able to take my trade in phones that had already been approved because he did not have his key that day. He told me he was going to call me 3 different times and never did. I had to follow up every time and he was never able to help me. I love tmobile, but the management service and assistance at this location made for such a negative experience.

The two employees at T-Mobile at the Syracuse location need to be better informed about the services that T-mobile offers. I'm not happy about the customer service, very disappointed.
