So glad I ran into Colby at the T-Mobile store in Syracuse. I walked out of the store with two additional phone lines, two brand-new phones, and still managed to save $30 a month compared to what I was paying before. When I got my first bill, there was an unexpected $80 charge. I gave Colby a call and left a message. Brandon at this T-Mobile store was amazing! He spent all the time with us that we needed and told us about a promotion we didn’t even know about and helped us lower the cost of our plan. He even helped us get our son‘s phone number ported over. He was very patient with us.

Avoid this store at all costs! This is not a corporate T-Mobile location, and they lied to us just to make more commission. We went in for a simple request—to add a line to our existing family plan. Instead of helping us, they overcomplicated the process, misled us, and we later discovered we were being charged an extra $60 per month without our knowledge. This kind of shady practice gives T-Mobile a bad reputation. If you need service, go to a corporate T-Mobile store instead—don’t waste your time or money here!
