Broke my phone, Adam the store manager helped me out big time! It was covered under insurance, got a new one along with netflix, Hulu, apple TV and Paramount services I never knew I had access to.. asked me if I had internet? (I do) then handed over newer up to date equipment that works much better. Adam also showed me a lot of cool features on my phone I didn't know about.. if you're a tmoble customer I recommend talking to him for any of your problems.

Anybody in the capital Who has cellular phone problems and is a member of T-mobile. I suggest seeing Tyler at the Hoosick Street location in Troy. I Spent some time talking to corporate then I finally called the closest location to me. Tyler is the best and no bs!!!
Michael is absolutely the BEST at what he does! I hope he is being paid his worth! I wish I could hire him for Human Services!!! The newer guy that's in training was very knowledgeable! And the taller guy is very nice!
