I want to thank Danii for a great experience at T-mobile. She was amazing, very knowledgeable, nice and knew all the options available and which plan was the best for me. I got a great deal on a new phone and would highly recommend seeing here if you have any mobile phone needs. She was awesome. Thanks again.
Broke my phone, Adam the store manager helped me out big time! It was covered under insurance, got a new one along with netflix, Hulu, apple TV and Paramount services I never knew I had access to.. asked me if I had internet? (I do) then handed over newer up to date equipment that works much better. Adam also showed me a lot of cool features on my phone I didn't know about.. if you're a tmoble customer I recommend talking to him for any of your problems.
Excellent service! Friendly and professional. The staff are helpful and very knowledgeable.
