I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I made a point to give this store 5 stars—only because I can’t give them 10. Heather, Abbey, and Kevin at the T-Mobile store in Medina went above and beyond and handled everything like true professionals. We came in with a big ask: porting five numbers from Verizon, adding home internet, juggling three different phone types, unpaid balances, locked SIMs, and—just to make it more fun—two of the phones weren’t even in the same town with us. I just want to say that Ryan at the Medina store was the best experience I have ever had changing my phone and internet service. I went in very stressed but left feeling very happy. After I got home I called Ryan and he still went beyond to help me with my couple more question. I am very happy I made this switch to T Mobile.
Very good experience
There is a recent negative review of this store complaining about needing the T-life app to purchase or upgrade a phone. While annoying, that is no fault of the employees at the retail stores. I had to jump through many hoops to upgrade my phone, but Abby was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the process and walked me through every step. Seriously amazing. My husband and I have been with TMOBILE for at least 23 years, if not more. The Medina store and employees are absolutely the worst. We walked in the store tonight. We were looking to add a line and phone to our existing account and we were told by Kevin, #1- we could do this through the TMOBILE life app. Um, no. If I am going to potentially purchase an IPhone, I do not want to attempt to do this on my own.
