I wouldnt give Medina a single good rating not one ill stick to wooster. Made me feel dumb. I heard one of the employees tell a customer " I dont get paid to sell phones that they could have a flip phone for all it matterd" I laughed at what I was hearing me and my husband left immediately. Lol that was crazy
I had an issue with my account that should have been resolved without conflict. Instead the issue became a tennis match between customer service and the staff at the Medina store with me being the tennis ball. If T-Mobile wants to be in a customer facing business then their execution, from my experience, leaves much to be desired. The resolution? None. So I took my business somewhere else.
