I would like to thank Mckenna, Jack and Heather at the Medina T mobile store for all their help and the wonderful job that they have done to help me with my question and more. And I am sorry if I miss spelled any one's names. Those three was so nice to me and was patient with and told me everything that I needed to know about my service and more. I as a customer I would go back there again.
Came in a couple of months ago looking to get my privacy screen replaced since I had a lifetime warranty. I also asked them if there was the option to forgo the privacy screen and to just replace it with a clear screen they said yes absolutely I have gotten my clear screen replaced at least three times now I just went in today to get it replaced a fourth time and I’m guessing she is the acting manager?
