Destiny was so kind and professional. walked me through the entire process of upgarading my phone and how to do it. The men in the store seem a little aggressive but destiny was very kind and helpful and so positive. they should take some tips from her.
don't go to this location. rude, young men for customer service. have had nothing but problems since upgrading my phone. none in stock,waited a week,transfers had problems,now problems returning the old phone.

Came in with a tech issue and was told to buy a new plan and device to replace my existing plan. I just needed to fix internet with a Hotspot. Called customer service and the hotline fixed my issue without pushing product on me. Bad store.
Destiny was super helpful with EVERYTHING. She was super knowledgeable and has such a great and positive personality. She is such an amazing asset here!! Thank you Destiny!
