Visited the Northshore mall location a few days ago and was helped by Steven and Ben. I was so stressed as my phone was on its way out and the two of them made getting a new phone and transferring everything seamless. They were both super helpful , personable and knowledgeable ! Steven even called the next day to make sure everything was working! Best customer experience I will Only go to this T-Mobile from now on

I will never never go back to North Shore Mall branch .Employee Liz not professional and nice.She never help me of my cellphone bec.I have no insurance..My whole family are customer for 23 yrs.She never check of my cellphone.I was devastated and unhappy. Drove to Stoneham , that branch All employees are professional ,friendly , helpful. and nice .Hope Oronde still in that NorthShore mall branch.He was friendly,smart,professional and very nice.
