The folks here are THE best. I had an issue shortly after I bought my S7 and went to another T-mobile store, the idiots there basically took a look and said it was dead (had me order a replacement and I would be without my phone for a week!) . The guys at Eastfield Mall looked at the phone, did some type of reset and BLAM fixed! Any questions I have, I go there. They take the TIME to explain in detail when necessary what needs to be done and HOW! I won't go anywhere else!
