AVOID AT ALL COST!! This is by far the "WORST" T-Mobile store that you could go to in Springfield. They never have a decent selection of phones and there is never enough employees to assist you. I tried to speak to the manager about it and she was one the rudest managers I have ever had to deal with. Don't waste your time. You are better off going to an official Corporate store instead!! Better prices as well.
