I will NEVER go to this store again. My wife was having problems with a two week old phone and when to this store to get help. When she got there she was ignored because the manager was to busy helping out a friend. When she was finally helped she was told that she broke her phone by taking out the sim card when the phone had been in its case since we bought it. After calling CS and being told to try a different store we where told the phone was under warranty and was replaced no problem.
