Manager Jonathan P was willing to be nice and was able to resolve my issues where others failed to do so at other locations and Duy his trainee is very nice as well.

Thank you Donya, for helping me out in a time of need of a new phone . I was working in the area and had 45 min to find a new phone , very last minute. He was very kind , swift and catering .
This store has the best customer service! Both employees greeted me when I walked in. Jon is a top notch multi Tasker!! He started to troubleshoot my issue while setting up a device for another customer and helping a co worker. Both employees were very knowledgeable, patient and personable while helping their respective customers and still acknowledging other customers who came in. They were professional and friendly. I won't go to any other store.
Shabah or whatever his name is should be fired. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
