Useless store. All they did was completely mess my account up and refuse to help fix it. They tell me to sit on the phone with customer service. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION
The staff is always great but my complaint is with the sales tactics, be careful when shopping here for phones and services. I ended up with a free phone that wasn't free, another phone that was supposed to be $400. I ended up with a bill over $400 for 3 lines, internet and a watch. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service fixing this mess on a Saturday. Not happy about wasting my Saturday trying to resolve this situation.
Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My husband and I got the new phones we wanted at a reasonable price. I don't know why everyone doesn't use T-Mobile.
Only 1 sales person, so too long of wait. We left.
Went to the store on a Sunday at 3:30pm with a sign that says closed for lunch, back in 30 minutes. Go in at 4 and there's only one person in the store and has been dealing with 1 person for an hour and a half. Store employee told us to go to Huber location because they close later which was not the case. Couldn't get helped to upgrade my phone even though I showed up to the store 2 and half hours before they closed.
