My phone died, they wouldn't work with me for another phone even though I'd been a customer for a few years
Great service at this T-Mobile store. Ricky and McKenna we amazing! We are new to T-Mobile and they were able to solve some issues we were having with an old phone we brought to the plan. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly!
They don't close a account when you tell them and keep charging your bank account.
