After going to the demming St location just to find out it was temporarily closed I drove to this location (main st Manchester Connecticut) just to pay the bill... I went in to pay the bill and the salesman that took care of me (Pete) originally told me a balance that wasn't the correct amount. I then explained that I wanted the entire balance any back bill plus any current charges (so that I would have a zero balance) and after plugging information into his tablet he gives me a total that is in the ballpark of what I was fi... read more
Nice place and friendly staff.
Do not shop here at all they are committing fraud and not taking any accountability for it all when confronted they didn’t take any ownership please be careful and look at you’re bill closely before making a payment they are doing some fraud on accounts and I want to warn people please double check those bills don’t be fooled
Pete was very helpful with all my questions and concerns about my plan, services I wanted, and an upgrade. When I returned he was very helpful in taking care of my new phone and making sure I was happy with everything. Thanks Pete. Great job!!
