Do not shop here at all they are committing fraud and not taking any accountability for it all when confronted they didn’t take any ownership please be careful and look at you’re bill closely before making a payment they are doing some fraud on accounts and I want to warn people please double check those bills don’t be fooled

The representative Brittanys attitude at this location is horrible. Avoid this location
Seems T Mobile doesn’t have what I need for support on a current issue I’m having . Representative I spoke with was very nice however his hands were tied. May be time to switch carriers as competition does have better support and options.
