Yambo from the Windsor Ct store at T mobile was so professional ! I had internet issues . She spent a few hours with me and resolved the issues by upgrading my eat free . She took the time to help me and was great. I recommend her 1000 percent
I'll will give them a -0.. Customer service is the worst. No greetings at all. The employees just joking around with other people and ignore us like we weren't even there. I know people get busy, but I'm sure they at least can say welcome to Tmobile. Ej. I recently to visited my local t-/mobile store in windsor with an issue concerning my cellphone. I was assisted by Luis & Irving and have to give both these two young men special commendation on how they took care of the issue, offered solutions and fixed the problem.
