If I could give the store a zero I would came in to return my Wi-Fi boxes. Show the guy the email with the return and this clown deleted it and said he can’t find the email.
Went in for a tmobile connect. Online fees for connecting and Sim are free. The young woman behind the counter was on the rude side telling me she wouldn't wave the fee. 1 I hadn't asked 2 she could have especially if online it was waived. She was too busy responding to her text messages and talking about another cell phone store to her colleague...no need to return. Poor service
This T-Mobile store is under fantastic new management. The workers are incredibly helpful and kind. I highly recommend coming here for all your needs!
