This is the worst customer service I have experienced. First, they misrepresented the plan to include a fee they never told me about. Customer online told me I had to go back to this specific store to return the tracker they misrepresented. Then they tell me I have to pay a restocking fee for their misrepresentation. The manager waited on people who came after us. I am going to get rid of T Mobile based on this horrendous experience. Avoid this store!!!
Went here to make inquiries about Switching and needing a tablet ifeadi helped me and taught me how to transfer my information and was very well mannered.
Horrible service. So I'm a guy alone. I walk in behind a family. Two staff go to the family walk them through everything. No hi to me. I leave to take a call, I came back in then had to step out again. When I came back in the guy goes can I help you? I can't have you leaving and coming back in like you are doing.
