Kenrick is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and patient person I could’ve asked for to help me on my visit ! He had no problem walking me through everything and taking the time to figure out what my issue was.. highly recommend him for any questions or concern !!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently switched back to T-Mobile after leaving Verizon, and honestly, after this experience, I should have stayed with Verizon. The staff at this store repeatedly told me, “We’re under new management—we’ve got you.” Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I wanted to port my two numbers back to my existing T-Mobile account, knowing that one of the lines had an outstanding balance.
