If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently switched back to T-Mobile after leaving Verizon, and honestly, after this experience, I should have stayed with Verizon. The staff at this store repeatedly told me, “We’re under new management—we’ve got you.” Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I wanted to port my two numbers back to my existing T-Mobile account, knowing that one of the lines had an outstanding balance. deceptive sale tactics ..they lied to me about promotions and what my bill would be, now I am having trouble getting my bill to the promised amount
The customer service at this store was completely nonexistent. We walked in and weren’t even acknowledged. We just stood there, awkwardly waiting, and eventually left. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had!
Was going through a divorce. The Manager helped me through getting off my wife's account onto my own! Even got me a free watch and a Home Internet for my new home! Very friendly staff, they actually listen compared the other corporate store nearby. The BEST!!!
