Went here to make inquiries about Switching and needing a tablet ifeadi helped me and taught me how to transfer my information and was very well mannered.
Horrible service. So I'm a guy alone. I walk in behind a family. Two staff go to the family walk them through everything. No hi to me. I leave to take a call, I came back in then had to step out again. When I came back in the guy goes can I help you? I can't have you leaving and coming back in like you are doing. I had the most amazing experience at the T-Mobile on Kennady Rd in Windsor. I went in with the hope I would get better service this time or I was going to look for a new carrier! Luis , the manager and Elissa (spelling?) the tech were absolutely outstanding! They quickly solved my problems and Luis suggested some free upgrades I was entitled because I had been a long term customer .
