I brought in a phone that was destroyed and the staff member Linda was outstanding in her efforts to get my info for a new phone. She was assisted by Dave and even when we hit some procedural issues that took over an hour of time and beyond there closing time they assisted until it was resolved and a a working phone was once again in my possession. Outstanding customer service. Thank you, Rick

I took my mother to this T-Mobile store in Canton to correct an issue with her voicemail on her TCL flip top cell phone after she spent two hours with customer service by telephone with no help. Isa solved the problem in ten minutes. We are grateful for her exemplary customer service. This store has a tremendous asset with Isa working there. Management please take notice.

Tmobile staff at the Avon, CT store are always friendly and very helpful with any of your phone needs Linda and Allan both go out of their way to serve you. It's the best phone store in the area!
