My sister an I waited for over half an hour to be helped. Wasn’t even acknowledged until we decided to walk out the door. And there was another worker in the back that could have been helping us the entire time. Poor customer service.

Linda and Kat were phenomenal. Helped me as much as they could with what they had. Went above and beyond and assisted me for hours multiple days in a row. Unfortunately the store does not have a computer to hard reset phones and the manager was incorrect about the usage of a warrantee, had to go through apple and pay $60. After a failed attempt to factory reset an Iphone, I was without a phone for multiple days, therefore was not able to work as much as I should have been.
