Allan was great! He helped me find the best phone all while providing the best customer service. I highly recommend this location!
Tmobile staff at the Avon, CT store are always friendly and very helpful with any of your phone needs Linda and Allan both go out of their way to serve you. It's the best phone store in the area!
This people will not help you with a return! I called T-Mobile customer service and their response was this store was just being lazy and they could’ve help me with my internet modem return. The manager at this store and the employees started laughing drastically when I told them what T-Mobile customer service told me about their service. Just a horrible experience!
I moved my family from AT&T to T-mobile but don't live near my parents anymore. I was told my parents could go into any T-mobile store near them and they would help finish porting over their phones to T-mobile as they couldn't be with me in person. Dan at the T-mobile Canton store basically borderline refused to help my parents port their phones over from AT&T because and I quote "Why should he have to help them do this tedious task when he didn't make the commission on the sale." Very helpful, have not gotten a new phone in years and the clerks were very helpful in recommending a new phone and explaining the process now. Thank you both!
