I would be careful before signing up with T-Mobil specific with Cromwell location. They sell you something then turns out the promotion is not the same. In turn you monthly bill will go up. I am going through this nightmare and not a single person has contacted me or help me. I am now on month 3 fight this issue. Horrible service there is no loyalty with them. Cromwell folks blame their promotion department. Their promotion department blame the Cromwell location. At the end the customers are paying the price and frustration.... read more
