We've never been to this location before, we usually go to the T-Mobile by Pokedon, but it's temporarily closed. I needed new screen protectors for my phone and tablet, so I called this location to see if they had any. They told me they didn't have any in stock and to call 611 and 611 could ship it to me (611 is customer care). They didn't even put me on hold to check their inventory. Why I gave this review I wish I never settle for this .First of all I was with T-mobile for 3yrs. With there home internet only / no other devices added .I was paying $65 at the time till I noticed they were advertising $ 35 home internet. So went to the T- mobile store to get the upgrade at that time ceccece I already had Samsung Galxy phone but not t- mobile service they asked why not upgrade to Galaxy 24?? .
