The customer service representative Tatianna she was so awsome and she help me sign up from t-mobile credit card and new upgrade on phone plus it was the one I been eyeing for a whole year I walk out the t-mobile being very happy and satisfied and she made sure all my data was transfered and show me how to use the phone because I wasn't computer savvy . she was the most sweetest humble person and with patient she his a 5 star worker.Tatianna she is so Awsome

Amazing Customer Service No Wonder I never switch. I have been a Voice Stream/T-Mobile cutomer since March 2001. I am also a share holder as well.
They really need to stop hiring these young people for reps who have no idea what they’re doing just so they can pay them less. Took my phone in to get my number transferred over and this young girl transferred the number over BEFORE getting my information like my last bill and what I owed on the phone. Now I’m having to go through the hassle of trying to get proof of my last bill and the total of the phone just to get my rebate because I can’t access anything with my old carrier Verizon anymore.
