Look I give this store a 2 due to the past experience I had and the problem I’m currently having right now. I want to give a big shout tho to MATT R!!! Terrible service in general, they gave me 2 devices for “free” when I opened my line, I told them I didn’t want them but they said don’t worry they are “free” (a tablet and a car machine) then charge me for services of each device on top of my phone bill. I call them and they ask me to return the devices to cancel the charges and I said no problem because I didn’t even ask/want them so I did but then next bill they still charge for the services?
