I called and called nobody answers the phone there. I'm about ready to go to Verizon.
My dad might lose his job because of this place! A guy was converting my dad's phone s 23 to s 26...in the lengthy process my dad had walked outside to wait and to a restaurant/bar in the area. The gentleman working on my dad's phone had walked over to us to gather info and needed the pin ect...come to find out the T-Mobile store closed, no heads up or communication from the associate working on my dad's phone. Now he's supposed to work in the morning which is very phone dependent and has no phone...
Lazy representatives. Just call 611 and deal with corporate directly over any potential issues.
Never going back to this location. Got rid of the really good manager who went above and beyond. I don’t want to support a company who clearly doesn’t support their workers!!!!!!!!
