Highland is the BEST place to go for all your T life needs. After purchasing a new internet gateway online, getting it to work was a nightmare. Within 5 minutes they figured out what the problem was and sent me home with a new unit that all I had to do was plug in. Our internet it working GREAT again. Kyliegh was amazing setting it all up and Josh showed me all the great things on the new T life site. Moral of this story is not to purchase items online. Was charged WAY OVER what was told was gonna be charged for two lines and internet! We are not satisfied at all! Charged around $150 MORE !!!!!
