Kids that work there don't know anything. We drove over an hour to Port Huron just to get some help upgrading to the new Samsung Galaxy fold 8 and watches. The kid who helped me took my phone and went in to my account and then told me I do not get an upgrade. When it clearly says upgrade available. There were no new phones on display to see or hold. Came here to give them my old phone for a trade in and to drop 2 lines off my 3 line plan. Had received the new phone through the mail already, they told me it'd be easier to go to UPS myself than leave it with them. Id get a paper copy of tracking code and whatnot with ups. And to call customer service about the lines being taken off. This store seems to only be for maybe paying your bill and getting a new phone. 3 stars because I thought they did more. The guys that worked there were informative tho!

I called and called nobody answers the phone there. I'm about ready to go to Verizon.
My dad might lose his job because of this place! A guy was converting my dad's phone s 23 to s 26...in the lengthy process my dad had walked outside to wait and to a restaurant/bar in the area. The gentleman working on my dad's phone had walked over to us to gather info and needed the pin ect...come to find out the T-Mobile store closed, no heads up or communication from the associate working on my dad's phone. Now he's supposed to work in the morning which is very phone dependent and has no phone...
