Worst location ever. . The manager is the worst of the worst. The entire staff behaves as if we are a bother. We left and went to different location in the Boro.. I'd do 0 stars if it allowed me to.

Came in to t mobile today to do a trade in and everyone was so helpful and friendly! I was in the store by myself so everyone was helping out and chatting with me while I waited. I have always been very happy with my phone service and it’s great that they have great customer service as well! Shout out to Paty, Ashely, Gregory, and Jose!!
After six years of service with AT&T, I have decided to transfer my account to T-Mobile. I am hopeful that this change will be beneficial. The staff members I encountered were generally courteous. Update: However, I have observed that the staff manager could benefit from additional training. I was charged $148 by AT&T due to a lack of knowledge on her part.
