Talked to someone on the phone about buying an IPad. He was foreign & I could not understand him or make him understand what I was trying to ask him!!!! Poor customer service!

Just left the store very Rude dude working.. if you don't like your job don't go in to work!! Seriously didn't even get on my act to check just simply no no no was his answer. That rep over the phone doesn't know the rules of inside store. So no one knows the tmobile rules then... Seriously tmobile get to ur customers service upgrade everyone on whether it's different rules on the phone or in person at the store!!! 😡
