I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I was told about a promotion when signing up, but after completing the purchase I discovered that the promotion either didn’t exist or didn’t apply the way it was described to me. I specifically asked questions about the deal before agreeing, and the staff assured me it would apply to my account. The store employees were so friendly and inviting. This will be my go to T-Mobile.
Employees pissing me off.. had to go to Murfreesboro location.
Had a bad experience. Employe messed something up and I had to wait 2 hours for her to fix it and she acted like it wasn’t her fault. And the end of it all I still had a question but she decided to take a customers phone call instead of answering my questions after two ours. I just walked out
