I had an amazing experience at this T-Mobile store! I came in to switch from Verizon, and the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly greeted by Youssef. He took the time to walk me through all my options, making sure I understood everything clearly. He was so thorough and patient, and he helped me find a plan for me and my family at an incredible price. Travis, is the name that everyone here is mentioning as the worse T-Mobile employee they have ever met. Honestly, Travis, please just stay home or look for another job if coming and showing respect is too much for you to handle. Congratulations though on picking a career that you absolutely hate. There’s your learning moment, right there. Never go to this store, customer service -3/10. Do better than Travis please.
ONE STAR is what this place deserves. I went in to get my watch plan changed because I had it on a standalone plan and needed it on a paired plan. I go in with my husband and was greeted by Travis. Very friendly at first and when I asked for help on this he said I would have to call into customer care because it was “too much for him to do.” I used to be a sales rep for an authorized retailer AND work in customer care.
