Disappointing and misleading experience I had a very disappointing experience at the T-Mobile store in Smyrna. My account was changed without my permission, and when I raised concerns, the manager (Travis) repeatedly insisted they were “saving me money.” In reality, my plan was downgraded, which reduced my benefits. When I tried to resolve the situation, I was met with resistance, including refusal to waive a restocking fee and being told my trade-in device had little value.
