Probably THE WORST T MOBILE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD . Nobody wanted to help . The store manager made sure to get me out the store because I was just upgrading when really I wanted to add a few lines . He made it his business to tell me he couldn’t help me and the iPhone 18 was coming out and to come back then . I would not recommend this store because if you are not making the store manager money he is gonna tell you to go to the Apple Store .
My brother was their and yousef was very disrespectful and me and my brother are in our 70s and I was truly hurt by his remarks and how he handled us as costumers for over 16 years this is most saddest and upsetting treatment that was put upon us and we ran out and went to another store that showed more grace and patience. I would advise nobody go to that location in smyrna. Run away as fast as possible.!!! I wish I had the owners number is was really upset.
Too lazy to make a sale. Just switched to T mobile. We literally tried to buy two phones there. They refused.
I was having trouble with my Google Assistant and the lady was very proficient in making the app work again.. very professional
