Had a bad experience. Employe messed something up and I had to wait 2 hours for her to fix it and she acted like it wasn’t her fault. And the end of it all I still had a question but she decided to take a customers phone call instead of answering my questions after two ours. I just walked out
I get a good deal there! Nice people!
Imagine buying a from T-Mobile, paying it off and in order to “unlock” it to use a different carrier you have to pay for a plan with them. So Glad I changed to Verizon a long time ago.
