Terrible service. I came in for ONE phone. The salesman that I had talked me into 3 lines for 150$ He wasn’t well versed and didn’t know that if I didn’t switch phones that day, I would pay monthly (he was under the impression that the special was a free phone as long as I come in from an old carrier).. Mind you the general manager was standing there the whole time. He could have asked her. Such an amazing experience a really great team they helped me with everything and I highly recommend people come here
Some of the worst customer service I’ve gotten. They just stand around, almost seems like they don’t know how to talk to someone. There was literally an employee sitting ON the counter almost the whole time. Hardly knew their own deals and prices and could barely look up from an iPad.
