Such an amazing experience a really great team they helped me with everything and I highly recommend people come here
Some of the worst customer service I’ve gotten. They just stand around, almost seems like they don’t know how to talk to someone. There was literally an employee sitting ON the counter almost the whole time. Hardly knew their own deals and prices and could barely look up from an iPad.
Bruno, Edward and Nelly were super fun to chat with while they got me taken care of with my phone.
I just left the store and T helped me tonight. Extremely friendly great customer service! She was very personable, I normally don’t go in store to pay my bill and was nervous but she made it super easy. Thank you T!! I wish I could’ve done a T-Mobile survey to shout her out!!!
