Long time customer of T-Mobile and visited this location to upgrade my husband’s AirPods after he misplaced his old pair. I believe her name was Tee, but she went out of her way to make sure we left with those AirPods and for that I am beyond grateful. Great customer service and care are hard to come by these days but she made our night. Thank You : )

I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I’m new to the company and was told my bill would be a price only for it to reflect nearly $30-40 more on my monthly statement. As well as , the associate and (Manager “T” Assisted) that created my account added an additional phone line and device without my knowledge. The addition is something I wasn’t made aware of neither do I use the device. I’ve been paying on a device That I don’t even have.
