For this specific location ONLY. I have NEVER been to a T-Mobile where it was obvious and evident that the associates working there did not want to work there. One of the guys had another associate tend to me when he was sitting on his ass doing absolutely nothing. They couldn't help me with my need but regardless, any other T-Mobile location would have at least TRIED to offer a solution or take advantage of a new sales opportunity with me. This location should be closed or COMPLETELY re-staffed.
