RecommendedToday I came by the Florence store to get help resolving issues I was having with my phone. John was outstanding. He had a great personality, and kept reassuring me that he would do everything he can to help fix the problem I was experiencing. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude!! I highly suggest swinging by to see John if you are having issues or if you’re switching to T-Mobile! The great customer service that I received from him today is how every network company should be!

Gone to this location for years, no major issues until today. Long story short, we were told to go back to another in district T-Mobile so they could fix a problem, or we could pay another $300, and start all over with them--which would include sending a new phone back for no reason other than ordering the exact same one back through them. New phone has no issues, issue is they didn't set up the return info for the trade in phone. RecommendedWe needed new ear buds. Alex greeted us & was very attentive to helping get the right ones. I would of gotten the wrong kind not even thinking about the plug end. I mentioned to him how I was a TMobile Tuesday fan & was upset I didn’t get a flashlight. He offered to check to see if there were any left. And there was. I was so excited. He didn’t have to even acknowledge my woah about it since Tuesday was well past. He defo went the extra step for me. And seriously made my week. ❤️
