I went there to transfer data from lg phone to samsung. No help. Terrible customer service.
Rafael was super helpful. He was professional and friendly. He was also patient with our issue and the best part - he resolved it.
I got a new phone today, and completely messed up when trying to set up on my own to the point I couldn’t even use it. I went to this T-mobile and they helped me right away! Liz was so nice and helpful and got my phone working again! Thank you!
Manager wasted 2 hours of my time. Gave me iPhone pro phone available at store and faking that only store I opened account. I should visit to buy iPhone pro released. Such a big waste of time.
