Because of the manager at this location, I switched to Verizon. He'll lie to your face just to make a sale.
Rick, the knowledgeable young man who is managing this store is a “superstar!!! Not only was he great with the T-Mobile customer in front of me, but when it was my turn, he knew absolutely everything and was extremely helpful!!!! FANTASTIC!!!
Caitlynn was a WONDERFUL help!! She’s the store manager and was super friendly, welcoming, and great to have a conversation with while we waited for my phone to update. T-Mobile, GREAT HIRE!!
We decided to switch from At&T to T- Mobile and came to this store for help. Caitlynn helped us a lot. I think she is one of the best sales representative I've encountered recently, she is professional and at the same time very sensitive to the customer's needs.
