We decided to switch from At&T to T- Mobile and came to this store for help. Caitlynn helped us a lot. I think she is one of the best sales representative I've encountered recently, she is professional and at the same time very sensitive to the customer's needs. This T-Mobile Authorized Retailer and the T-Mobile Company as a whole should be grateful and proud to have such a great employee. I highly recommend this store in Wauconda, IL to everyone.
Very good customer service from Caitlynn .. She was extremely sweet and very attentive and was able to help with any of our questions and has amazing patience.
Had a phone sent here as a warranty replacement because the LCD screen had a issue, no cracks no damage just a very common issue with the flip phones where they close. It's specifically mentioned on the warranty for this phone. Caitlyn refused to give me my phone because the LCD screen had a issue.. So I was sent to get a phone for a specific reason and she denied me for that very reason. Went to Crystal lake and got the replacement phone with no issues. On Sat Sept 13th, I was in the Wauconda location with my mother who was having some technical trouble with her email. Caitlynn helped us for over an hour trying to figure it out. She got it all straightened for my mom. Caitlynn was EXTREMELY patient with us. We were very pleased with her willing to help and the time spent with us.
