On Sat Sept 13th, I was in the Wauconda location with my mother who was having some technical trouble with her email. Caitlynn helped us for over an hour trying to figure it out. She got it all straightened for my mom. Caitlynn was EXTREMELY patient with us. We were very pleased with her willing to help and the time spent with us.

I'm a 25+ year T-mobile customer. With very little problems. I went to the store for tech support. The young man was not helpful his advise after barely listening to me and not making eye contact was to replace the phone. Left, called support and will follow up with a different store. Trouble shooting agrees I need a new sim card at n/c.
Kaitlyn was very helpful and patient helping me understand plans and which one fits my needs. She is very knowledgeable in the products offered.
