Been going to this location for over a decade and I'm sad to report it's really gone downhill. In the past I've had incredible helpful service, but the plaza is sketchy at best now for a tech retail location. Worse than that, it seems the poor store working conditions are affecting the service. Today I walked in 20 minutes before closing, and I've been trying to make time to go in for almost a month.
