I never ever take time to type reviews ,BUT it s not everyday someone goes out of their way to take care of you ... At 10 am I entered into the T Mobile in Johnston RI on Hartford Ave with a "broken" phone.. This young man.( I wish I knew his name) took my phone. examined it , and began to scrape the inside of it. removing all the lint trapped within the phone. After a good 5 min , he got my phone to charge again . and probably saved me a boat load of money to purchase a new phone ! .. Thank You so much to the person that he... read more
the staff was great but my phone (s4) is terrible and so isnt the 120 a month contract I have. Arent I supposed to have 4g ever where. as soon as I leave the center of town I get terrible service and my phone is junk. Never buy the galaxy s4 its nothing but problems
