I was up till 3 am trying to get all my things on my old phone onto my new phone. I asked 5 times please make sure my photos are on my new phone because there of my son when he was a newborn. Nothing was done. I was in the store for an hour and half so some reason. All I wanted was a new phone, my pictures, and my contacts. I was so stressed out.
