Always professional and take their time with each customer. They are very knowledgeable and recommend which phones and service is best for you, not trying to upsell to someting you may not be able to afford. I've had Sprint and Verizon and T-Mobile is the best by far in every department.
T-mobile sucks there service sucks my account has been on hold for about 3 months but yet I’m still paying the bill All I want to do it jump my phone to the iPhone8 but no I can’t so I think I’m just going to get a new carrier I’m over it!!
