The customer service is bad the employees are rude
These people have no knowledge in anything. They need to hire people that have common sense. I brought a phone from them a couple months from them. It took three people to figure out what they was doing to assist me. I told them to make sure I have apple care on my phone. The manager assure me that it was there. Today I find out the man didnt even add it. They need to hire professional people that have knowledge
