It was a busy morning when I walked in, and I needed help troubleshooting my internet box as well as exchanging it. The sales representative who helped me I believe he was the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and was able to solve my issue. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, so I really appreciate the help I was given. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy and pleasant!
They turned me away from helping me cancel a line an told me I had to do it on my own
The manager and crew in Dinuba are great. They are polite and knowledgeable. They made sure I was set up for all my services before I left.
