I have been with T-Mobile for over 15 years and have never gotten as screwed as I did at this store. My phone broke a month before the XS came out. I went to this store explaining that I just needed a phone until September. They PROMISED me that I would be able to jump into the XS no problem. What they failed to mention was that I was going to need to pay off HALF this device (8 plus) before jumping into the upgrade. Thanks for nothing and I’m out almost $400 because of these guys. Not cool.
