My advice to others: do not join this company. I have been a loyal customer for eight years, but unfortunately, I was forced to switch providers due to the lack of promotions available for existing customers. I contacted customer service three times by calling 611 and even visited one of your stores in person. However, the only option I was offered was to increase my plan from $155 to $170 (excluding taxes), which would ultimately amount to approximately $220.
