I rarely leave reviews but this very review was a must. I have been with T-Mobile for the past 12 years. The main reason is customer service. For me I don't mind to spend a couple extra dollars a month if I'm going to be talking to people who actually care. For instance 2 months ago I went into T-Mobile to simply transfer data onto a new phone.
