I have tmobile seevice. And Stop today at 12 for help setting up my iPhone..........the guy at the store was alone ....no one in the store........I told him to help....when he asked where I bought the phone I told him at apple store........ HE SAID TO ME TO GO BACK TO THE APPLE STORE FOR THEM TO HELP ME SER UP THE PHONE ........WE HAVE 4 LINES FOR OVER 7 YEARS...!!! this is unheard off..... Please.....he would not even instruct me in how to get back my information on the old phone......... Fire him!!!!!

I worked with Vanessa at this T-mobile store. I was starting a new account, getting internet and buying a new phone. She was so patient, professional and not pushy with the sales, which I appreciated. She also spend some time trying to find the best deals for me. I had an issue and I came back the next day and she fixed it. I LOVED working with her. The store is really nice too.
