I had a terrible experience here, Kiki “the manager” was supposed to trade in my phone and instead made me finance it, all of which I found out weeks later, thank you Kiki for the dishonesty.
The Manager, Anthony, is very attentive to details and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this store to anybody looking to upgrade and find good deals.
