My phone had severe water damage on vacation. We drove from keys to T-Mobile knowing we had insurance. On 12/22 we were told by 3 employees we had to go to Apple. They did not even offer to look up our account to help us. Apple sold us a new phone as it was over 2 yrs old. We pd. $600 while on our vacation.
