BEWARE, the reps on this store are deceptive: My sprint sim card suddenly stopped working so I had to go to this T-Mobile for help. To make a long story short, the rep (daniel Ruiz) ended up switching my sprint sim card for a t-mobile one. And without letting me know in a deceiving way he ALSO switched my plan (I've had the same plan on sprint for 3 years, was paying $20 a month).
