BEWARE, the reps on this store are deceptive: My sprint sim card suddenly stopped working so I had to go to this T-Mobile for help. To make a long story short, the rep (daniel Ruiz) ended up switching my sprint sim card for a t-mobile one. And without letting me know in a deceiving way he ALSO switched my plan (I've had the same plan on sprint for 3 years, was paying $20 a month). Ismael Herrera was very helpful with my elderly father, he helped set up the phone for him, and took his time to explain the features. This guy is an asset to the company and the community. He has earned my families buisness, by providing outstanding service!!
